Just over a week ago I had the absolute delight of spending time with Rachel and her new baby, Adam. Daddy Andy was at work, but don’t worry we will be getting all of them together soon at their new house for some family pictures!
So whilst the snow came down outside, we stayed nice and warm inside and Adam performed like a true professional whilst we took lots of pictures (Mummy thinks he has a future in modelling!!). These are two of my favourite from the session.

A weekend in London doing nothing but taking photos allowed me to capture these.
It was a challenging weekend as for once I was photographing buildings, using new techniques and creative perspectives. I came home absolutely knackered but really exhilarated by all that I had learnt and as always excited to download the results.
The photos in the this post are my favourites from the weekend.

As promised I said I would load some of my favourite recent photos to get this blog up and running properly, so here is another.
This is Esmee and her daddy!
Esmee is my Step Granddaughter so I am sure she will be making a regular appearance on here.

After much deliberation I have decided to ‘bite the bullet’ and set up a formal blog, so here we are folks! It’s taken me 3 hours just to decide on the look and feel and I am sure it will keep changing as I find my way around word press, but the aim is to share with you my photography journey and adventures.
With several portrait shoots and weddings coming up I am sure there will be lots to see, not to mention all the personal photographs I take. Keep checking back as in the next couple of days I will be uploading some of my favourites from recent months as I try out my shiny new blog!
And because I don’t intend to post without a picture, here’s one of my all time favourites! Florence likes to think she is shy, but trust me don’t let looks decieve you!
I’d love to hear what you think… so don’t be shy… leave a comment please!
